Hi
We also used preseed the month I fell pregnant with DD. I was also drinking green tea and pink grapefruit juice which I think (was a couple of years ago now so cant quite remember) was supposed to help with EWCM.
Nursekobeh - I have started seeing Louis Cali - Chinese Herbalist/Acupuncturist in Berwick. Not sure if I can post his ph number, so PM me if you want it
Like a number of other responses I used preseed only one time, and that was the month we got our
I also tried to OPK 3 months prior and found they were helpful as they told me when I was ovulating so we could DTD around this time. It was when I used them with the pre-seed that we got lucky!
We gave up and started planning our wedding and presto, the day after I ordered my dress I found out I was pregnant.
I was also taking herbs (and my naturopath had also said to stop TTC for a few months) to help boost my immune system as I was very run down, and I think this helped a great deal as well. Mind you in saying that my TTC journey was very very short compared to what some of the other ladies here have had to go through, so I don't know how valuable my advice is.
Yep - Natural Medicine worked for me in the end (see my ticker). DH and I saw a Naturopath who specialised in natural fertility management. She put us through a rigorous detoxification program which included an organic alkaline diet (also dairy and wheat free), nutritional supplements, herbal & homeopathic remedies and probiotics.
We also switched to chemical free personal care products (MiEssence), as well as chemical-free cleaning products in our home to reduce our toxic load.
The highly acclaimed book by Francesca Naish - The Natural Way to Better Babies - Preconceptual Healthcare for Prospective Parents is aligned with these principles.
