did you get a BFN at 10dpo but then a +ve?

i know all the info and blah blah blah too early until AF is due, but just wondering how often it really does happen that a negative hpt at 10dpo (and i'm using the internet pregnow 10miu hpts) can turn into a positive hpt a few days later?

well, i got a negative at 10dpo and a strong positive at 12 dpo. I was using first response hpt though. I think they are 20miu??
Dont worry about doing a hpt early - i know what its like, you just cant help it

i got a negetive at 13dpo, spotting 14dpo and a postive 15dpo

well tested again this morning (11dpo) and BFN again. used both pregnow and first reponse.

doesn't look good. can't say i'm not dissappointed.

if i had of tested at 10 or 11 dpo i too would have gotten a BFN, id wait hun and test when AF is due!

I used first response and made myself wait until 14 dpo and got a BFP. Just wait a few more days to be sure.

seriously don't know why i'm being such a sad sack - i'm usually quite the opposite.

think it might have something to do with yesterday. i ran into someone who is due at the same time as i would have been with my angel and seeing her big belly really hit home that thats what i would've been looking like. so i think thats why i'm a bit down today. would really have liked to see a bfp this morning to cheer me up but i know i have to be patient.

this morning my temp has gone down slightly too. know i have to wait till tomorrows temp to really know what is goin on, but do you think it's possible to have an implantation dip at 11dpo?

wellit seems i've answered my own question........cause the answer is YES.

this morning i tested and got my BFP!!!! very excited and also very cautious praying this one is a sticky bubba.

thanks girls for your patience and understanding and getting me through the past couple of days.

just out of interest - this morning i tested with the 10miu pregnow and the 20miu first response. first response had the bfp but pregnow was still negative. come to the conclusion that the pregnow tests are crap, or not as good as they're meant to be at least.so i had to do a third test just to make sure and that one was also positive.

Im due around 22nd May 2010. Seems like so far away!!! Im so happy for you. I too tested early at 9dpo and got a negative result but got my BFP on 12 dpo.

we're exactly the same then. i'm 12dpo today and got my bfp!

i think i'm due 24th may by lmp, but by ovulation it would be 26th. we'll be belly buddies - cool.

i've been going through the motions today - mega excited this morning and now starting to feel nervous and cautious. haven't told anyone yet (apart from dh of course) and was going to tell mum but might wait untill wednesday when af is due just to make sure.

just made my ob appt for first scan at 7wks which is in 3wks time.

I have a dr appointment for Friday to hopefully book in for early scan at arount the 7 week mark too. Im feeling good. This morning i was a little worried because i woke up and felt nothing. Wasnt hungry or anything but i have had a little bit of lower back discomfort, tired and starving hungry as the day has progressed so i feel better now. I am just taking one day at a time and praying for a sticky baby this time. Are you having any symptoms?
