I just want to thank everyone again for their answers to my questions.

We had the appointment with the gynecologist today and I've come away with my script for clomid and blood test forms. DH is being sent for a SA, and I've escaped further testing for now.

My doctor stated quite emphatically that clomid will have no effect on the baby as it's taken before ovulation even occurs, which is what I was thinking!

Next cycle will be clomid on days 5-9, and he's insisting that should be enough to make me ovulate on day 14... we'll see...
