EWCM in the 2WW & pg/not pg?

I think I've seen people reporting EWCM in the 2WW as a possible early pg sign, just wondering if you have experienced it and whether it turned out you were pg or not? (I wanted to create a poll but couldn't work out how).

I've not had it with any of my pregnancies. You could be Oing again....it can happen.

I thought a double O had to happen within days? (I'm about 9dpo)

I was excited last month when I had 2 lots of EWCM and thought it was an early pregnancy sign - not so - turns out I might have O'd or at least tried to O twice last cycle - about 13 days apart. Not true that a second O happens within days - it can spontaneously happen at any time. My DS was concieved on a long cycle where I tried to O twice about a month apart - he was the second O - obviously!!

This cycle I am UTD and guess what - NO EWCM after O - some creamy stuff but not heaps either - actually hardly any at all (sorry TMI - but I was actually a bit dry and really had not much at all and there was no way I thought I was UTD ).

So it is really different for all of us. There are no rules about these things. Apparently, CM if you are UTD is more likely to resemble non-fertile mucus.

Ticklish that is what I have always had with my pgs before - it was just usual white creamy cm. Thanks for your input.

SallyJ - I know that I've read of some ladies getting EWCM in early pregnancy so I think it does sometimes happen. If not and it is a second go at Oing then that can only increase your chances so it has to be a good thing whatever way you look at it.

Hi Salt - I'm doing OK the last few weeks have been a nightmare, just taking it day by day.

CM can really do your head in can't it? This cycle I've had creamy CM since I had AF (no fertile type at all)so of course I'm wondering what on earth is going on. I'm not TTCing now due to now being single but so much creamy CM has made me wonder if I might be pg from last cycle but two HPTs say no. I've now had two days of bleeding after a BM so my cycle just gets more weird (and it would be remotely possible to be pg from this cycle if I O'd very early, but don't want to think about that possibility).

Hi, i have only just found out i am pg so my cm is very freshly in my mind.
It wasnt exactly like ewcm, more creamy but with a little bit of ewcm mixed in. I got a big glob of it on around 10dpo, it was sort of like creamy snot if that makes sense.

I'd really like to know if anyone's had it and not been pg - then I would really know not to get my hopes up.

I have been trying not to symptom hunt this cycle too. Thinking of testing tomorrow or Thursday.
