I did heaps; swimming, cycling, and a little bit of running. If anything, exercise will improve your blood flow and help you out. Or maybe, running will shake things up a bit and help the little dudes find that egg ;-)
HII am currently on a plan to lose weight... however OH and I are hoping to fall pregnant soon so we are trying without trying at the moment. I do however jog on the treadmill 5 mornings a week, and we DTD at night time, I am worried by jogging it might prevent a fertilisation? It's probably a silly question but thought I would ask
