I get that fullness feeling every month just before AF - sorry, probably not what you wanted to hear! I think it's my uterus dropping lower as the hormones change. I didn't feel anything when i was PG, it was like i O'd and then nothing....no pre af...no pmt...just normal middle of luteal phase but for ages.

I DID have a dream that my late mum was telling me "your baby's coming now" though.
