I used tcm for my issues. I was diagnosed with pcos and my main issue was lack of ovulation.

I tried a Chinese tcm practitioner and it was an intense program of 2-3 times a week for a 1 hour session. He also gave me herbs (which I was a bit hap hazard in taking). He combined acupuncture, cupping and electro-acupuncture. I stuck at it, eventually it was only 1-2 times a week and by 5 months I was pregnant with my dd.

As with all natural therapies you have to be willing to give it time to make your body start functioning properly. DH and I were skeptical at first, so we thought we would give it 3 months and see of their was any improvement with my cycles. There was so we decided to continue. The rest is history

It's worth checking out the government board of approved practitioners: Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency - Home
Also if you have private health, see who is a participating partner as you will save money.
