Fertility Yoga Class for IVF? :o)
Hi Guys! It's been SOOOOOOOO long since I've spoken to anyone! Apologies.... My Mum's Cancer is back - and pretty aggressive, so I've been focusing on hospital stuff.... Which brings me to my question! Mum has decided to 'buy' herself a Grandchild, and has paid for mine and Adam's first IVF attempt!!! YEAH!!! Do you guys think the Fertility Yoga class would be any good for me? We've just started our first ever 'down' cycle, and I start Synarel on the 5th of February.... Any advice would be VERY welcomed!
