Hubby and I did a 2 week detox with bentonite clay and psyllium (google perfect 7 capsules) to reduce our levels of heavy metals, pesticides etc, at least a month before conception. We were also both taking the In-Liven probiotic & superfood supplement by MiEssence. We also tried as best as we could to avoid alcohol, coffee and any other drugs/medications that may adversely affect the health of sperm & egg.

Start Uni! i started Uni with no plans of having a bub and bingo dtd once at the wrong time of month (i wasnt near Ovulation time) and WHAM a BFP for me!!!
or go get yourself into major debt! a friend had been trying for ages, than brought a house and a BFP for her!!!
Start planning your wedding....Twice!!! it worked for us both times now. We weren't exactly planning either time, but had also decided that if it happens it happens
