    A few questions

Oh wise ladies- I should have asked/told my FS this- but forgot

What day do you count as CD1? Full flow?
It's not uncommon lately for me to spot for 4 or 5 days before my period is due.
TMI- but it's old, brown blood.
I count CD1 as the first day I wear a pad- am I right?

What are the treatments to lengthen your LP?

    Thanks

It really depends on the individual. I don't start with spotting so the first day there's blood, that's CD1. But if it's very minimal for a few days then yes, first day of proper flow is CD1. As for lengthening LP, the treatments I know of are Vitex, Acupuncture and TCM.

CD1 is the first day in which you had full flow before midday . Sometimes clomid is used to extend the LP because it can cause higher progesterone... sometimes they address the progesterone directly with pessaries or other prog supplements. HTH BOL.

    Hi Emma

    I'm with the wise ladies.

I usually spot up to a week before AF, it sucks. I count CD 1 as full, red flow.

Vitex and acupuncture lengthened my LP, but didn't help with spotting/progesterone issues. Clomid did though.
