Few Questions

Firstly, Im new on here =) Ive read the boards on a few occasions, and ive decided to join in and stuff =) so HI
Secondly, what do all the abbreviations and stuff mean, im totally confused, i mean like BD and DS and DD etc etc, im trying to read some responses and im like so if you could update me with that all it would be a help (even if you dont tell me them all, the main ones would really help)
Thirdly, what are the best things to do/take to assist in getting pregnant. My man and i are going to start this month, officially, although we have been trying without actually trying (if you get me?)
