I found the forelife lube fine, and it resulted in a baby for us. My advice is that it cann't hurt to try it. It isn't a huge expense and it may help.

we used forelife. used it for 3 months and fell pg with DS on the 3rd month

in regards to how we used it, we used it like you would normal lube. a bit on him and sometimes on me too just on the outside. HTH
