Have pregnancy Symptoms... but test reads negative?

Hi I'm new hear . We are TTC with 2nd child . My cycles are SO normal it's boring . I always know when I'm ovulating as well . We actually had intercourse the night before my "ovulation" period. I didn't really think too much about it but next day I came down terrible cramps. The next day was Monday and I woke up with same lower cramps. Usually my ovulation pain is just a twinge on one side so this is odd to me. Tuesday morning I was SUPER cranky and all if a sudden felt nauseated off and on and be the time I got home I was exhausted . Wednesday , same thing constant cramps middle of lower tummy , nausea extreme fatigue. Today is Thursday and I probably felt my worst today . At one point I wanted to go home and just sleep but I kicked out of it . My tummy feels So weird ! Like it's tingling and growing ! It's only 5 days after possible conception and it's too early to test ... I'm going crazy
