Yes, I totally had AF type cramps for a lot of my first trimester. It freaked me out everytime too, but from wht I read, they are pretty normal. I think its to do with your uterus stretching, but I can't quite remember.
The sore boobs are normal for pg too. Its wierd, really, the symtoms pf early pg are very, very, very much like before you get AF.
Dont worry, I'm sure your tiny little bub is still baking in there!
Edited to add: if you google "period cramps first trimester" you will get some good results showing how common these are!
