HELP!!!! confused?

so here goes i have a 8 month old son and when i conseived him i had a bit of blood and i thought my period had come and didint think about it but it was only there when i wiped and only there that one time .

NOW i had my periods finish around the 16th or 17th of last month
and we had DTD on Monday and then on thursday night i had some blood bright red only when i whiped tho and it didint come back that night and then yesterday i got it again bit of blood in like clear goo and then today nothing as of yet . is this implantation bleeding or something else .

i had my gorbladder removed and a hernia fixed 3 weeks ago and my friend recons its from that but (CLEARLY its not from that as it has nothing to do with my Vagina . so what do u ladys think this is

could i be getting the best christmas present ever or not am i in my 2 week wait ?

If nothing else I think you're in the TWW - at least to test to check either way - I'm currently there as well but I wasn't sure if my BC worked or not (was on antibiotics) the time we DTD so waiting to work out either way.

got a this morning but I wasn't fussed either way. I'm yet to get AF after having DS - still BF and on implant so I had to check to see if I needed to get implant out or not. We're probably looking at getting back to TTC next year sometime

Mel - What you described does sound like an implantation bleed. I had it too with my DD, i think I got it about 3 or 4 dpo from memory.
OOoh good luck hun!! Good luck waiting til Xmas too. I know if it were me I'd be thinking about testing pretty soon haha but I'm just a poas freak

Honestly I think your TTW would be at an end, given the dates you have mentioned. When was the 'first' day of your last period? If the last day was the 17th Nov, I am assuming the first day was around the 12th or 13th. IF you cycle is a standard 29day cycle, that means you should be all good to test around now (ie, your next period would be due around now). Of course if you wait until christmas, you will definitely have the right result for sure - but if you don't want to wait that long for an answer, a HPT would be pretty accurate now.

I am in the exact same boat right now, had the spot of red blood and some brown following. I did a test this morning and it was negative. Now i am so hot i am thinking i will retest with a sensative test tonight. Best of luck to you. I dont know how you are prepared to wait until Christmas to test. The 2ww nearly kills me (after several months of ttc).

i did a test come up negative yesterday and this morning so annoying not sure what i should do about that as today i feel sick last nite felt sick and its the sick u feel when u have morning sickness and then today i went so dizzy i had to sit ont he floor so i really dont know what to think

I know its hard, but be patient. It sounds promising (although with this hot weather all of a sudden, who knows). I would just keep testing, but try the first response test, as I find this one is the best. I had another test give me a BFN when the first response was a BFP!! It might just be the best $16 you spend! Best of luck, and please let us know how you go.
