While those results aren't great, they certainly aren't the end of the world. The good thing is that you actually have rapid progressive sperm, which are the ones that are basically able to fertilise the egg. We have zero rapid progressive sperm and it was that zero in that category that lead to us needing IVF with ICSI.
I don't know just what stats are needed for IUI or anything like that as our results were beyond bad... to my mind natural conception isn't impossible, just unlikely. It's still not the end of the line as there is a lot that can be done.
If you're not ready to start assisted conception at this stage, perhaps investigate menevit and the goji juice that your doctor recommended and give it three months or so and see if things improve. I'm told three months is how long it will take for the body to generate an entirely new batch of sperm and for the vitamins to have an impact.
