Help! Who has had Ovarian Health Test?

Background: TTC for 14 ish cycles. No BFP in that time or in my life. Last week I had a blood test for egg quanity and quality.

Monday, I went to the Naturopath who advised that TTC should be put on hold for 3-4 months and my estrogen levels are low causing painful AF and brownish colouring.

Today I'm currently waiting at the doctors and I've been handed a note "the _______ (can't understand Drs handwriting) level you are looking for is low so please come in to discuss. It is beatable".

Been outside to cry and okay now. Just another 3 people in front of me.

The note was left on my file if I called before coming in.

I'm freaking out! A wise BB girl (who I've already sms'd) said focus on the last line "it is beatable".

Breathing! And babblering on whilst I wait.

and more for you. Sorry to hear things aren't going so well.

Im sure there will be light at the end of the tunnel

If the Dr says it is beatable - I am sure it is

    Good Luck!

    Thanks NaeNae,
I have an awesome GP and has given me a referal to IVF Australia for further testing.
According to the results my anti-mullerian hormone is 7.8 pmol/L range should be between 14-30.

Anything < 14.0 pmol/L: suggestive of failing ovulatory reserve

Bring on the ultra-sound... I'm going to try to get in as soon as possible.

    Thanks heaps for your reply.

Your Welcome I wish I could offer you more advice other than to stay strong

I'll be thinking of you and am wishing you all the best

Call me silly, and please don't feel as though I am being rude - But how come you need an ultrasound? (sorry, not too sure about these things)

    NaeNae,
The ultrasound will give a visual of my ovaries and their stores. However, it could be a different strategy when I go to the appointment at the specialist.

Thank you so much Nic, you're my rock - I would be still crying now without you.
