    How long does Vit B6 take to increase LP??

    A question for those who have used Vitamin B6 to lenghten their Luteal Phase...how many cycles did it take to work for you?

    This is the first cycle using it and my cycle lenght has increase by two days (hopefully more-AF was due 2 days ago). So just trying to work out if this is the Vit B6 working already or if there might be a chance I'm pregnant. I have tested today (about an hour ago) and it was clearly BFN.

    Any ideas??

    I used Vit B6 and also Vitex as I had a really short luetal phase, I had been TTC for a few months with no success.

    Anyone I started taking them, and on a month when we weren't even TTC what do you know it happened.

    Good luck I'm hoping your being late means that you may get your BFP.
