Newbie, TTC for the first time after Nuvaring and brown spotting since day 21

Hi all, newbie here, hubby and i are trying to conceive #1.
I took my last Nuvaring out on 16 sept and had first day of period on 20 sept. Hubby and I had a really long think about whether we should or should not get started or let my cycles regulate first for about half a year before TTC, so we used condoms for a bit. I then went and got an OPK and started 2/10, opk test was positive on 06/10 and we had unprotected sex every day since then cuz hubby and I just thought, well, we might as well have a go as we have been ready for this a long time.
Anyway, since 6/10 we had sex every night except for last Tuesday (felt like a break might be good to get the sperm count up). i have been feeling bloated and lower back discomfort from 09/10. then on 11/10 and 12/10 and yesterday noticed some brown spotting every time around 5pm combined with lower back pain and feeling somewhat bloated, the spotting is brownish and also only a few drops not enough for it to need a panty liner. I have done HPT yesterday but was negative. Went to get a more sensitive one that can detect from 10mlU/ml hcg but also negative. Also yesterday i have been very aware of my nipples and boobs, theyre not sore or tender or anything, just kind of like a tingleing sensation, like my nipples are sticking out, hard to explain and felt bloated. Today i feel less bloated, but brown spotting is there, feeling ok at the moment. Im finding it hard to believe i could be pregnant at this stage as its only the first time TTC (keeping my feet well on the ground and realistic), but its hard to know whats exactly going on with my body. I dont really know if I actually ovulated I did not keep track of BBT so i really cant tell. its also confusing as I dont know how long my cycle will be. OPK was + on day 17 in cycle. Is day 25 today of which i had the brown spotting since 21/10.
Has anyone had this before when TTC right after nuvaring - or can anyone give their opinion on the spotting, bloating and tingling sensation in my nipples.

sry this is a bit long, but im so confused. I dont think i wanna test again anytime soon i dont want to get my hopes up, maybe its all wishful thinking and psychological (tingling sensation in my boobs)

I think you are testing too early. The spotting sounds like implantation bleeding. I would wait up to a week and then test again using FMU. Good luck!

It seems it must have been a precursor to AF as she sneakingly made an appearance today. staying positive but, because it was only our first try. So will start charting BBT and find out if i can see a pattern
