Implanon and conception

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has any stories on how long it took them to get a BFP after getting implanon out?

Got mine out last Tuesday... With DS1 it only took 5 days with no AF to fall but DS2 took 4 years lol!!

I've had this implanon close to 2 years.

Any advice encouragement or stories would be great..

Implanon out in April; BFP at the end of July - so 3 months for DS2 after about 2.5 yrs of implanon

Implanon out after 1.5 years in August 2010, period arrived 4 weeks later and was pretty regular straight away. Got my BFP early March 11, DS was born in November

Was still breastfeeding at the time and had 3 cycles of differing lengths - last one was about 70days before I tested (I was reasonably certain of dates due to when we had some bedroom fun)

I had my implanon removed after 3 years and fell pregnant 2 months later

Hi there,
I have had 4 consecutive implanons from the age of 19 including one misplaced one that had to stay in for 5 years. I am now 30 and had my last of four removed on the 27th of Dec 2012. My partner and I weren't TTC but we weren't being very cautious either... got my first BFP on the 15th March so only 2 AF's since implanon removal.
My mum was worried, that because I hadn't had an AF in the whole time I was using the implanon, that it was doing harm to my body...
fingers crossed my little peanut sticks...

Good to know kind of what to expect! And if this is normal!
Booboo8 with my 1st ds I had implanon in for 3 years and hadn't had a period in 9 months, 5 days after removal
We conceived!
But as I don't know anyone else using this contraception I didn't know if this was normal or a fluke
It's so good to get reassurance and speak to other woman that know what
It's like
I've had implanon out nearly 2 weeks now, no signs of AF, cm has changed tonight, thicker... Who know what that's about...
My dr wants to see me in 3 months if nothing is regular by then.
