So this is the first month we have really 'tried', i have been temping this month and at 10dpo at the moment. From about 5-6 dpo I have had cramping on and off. I don't normally have this, but then again i'm not sure if i'm reading too much into this. Anyone got any thoughts?
I am trying to hold out on testing til i'm due. I don't want to get down if it is negative yet. Don't know if that makes much sense, but i wanted to get an idea of people have had cramping around this stage?
last month was my first month trying and i kept getting niggling cramping and such...
but sometimes i don;t know if maybe i was.. 'hunting' for those symptoms so they were happening...
hopefully it is implantation for you.
and just a note... if you're really emotional normally... (like me) you'll probably still be down if you test after you're due and get a negative... i was a wreck even though i knew i probably wouldn;t be pregnant.
Hi all this is my first post.... I am 32 years old. This is the first month we have been trying to conceive and am not sure how to read the signs my body may be giving me. I am only a couple of days past ovulation and am getting cramps in what feels like the left side of my uterus. Any ideas.....?
ps: A blood test last month showed that I had low progestrone levels... any suggestions?
Many thanks

I do remember having side cramping after ovulation as well. It was an interesting pain and it almost felt as if it was the new conveived embryo moving down the fallopina tube. Bizzare I know...but it did feel like something had invaded my body and was moving through. I was convinced it was that side that had ovulated and it was moving down. I also had very sore boobs (more so than usual) and (TMI so sorry!) white discharge (locchia). I have had it before but this time it was really obvious. Turns out I was pregnant with my little girl who is now 6 months. So those pains could mean something!
Ohhhh we are dearly hoping so..... Still three/four days to go until my period is due to arrive..... Thank you so much for your reply, it means a great deal to have some friendly input on these new experiences.
Congratulations on your Baby Girl! What a wonderful gift! xox
I hope so for you too! As for AF...I had pains like I was about to get it...and it never came. The pains lasted about 4 days and were heavy dragging pains like it was about to arrive but nothing. It's funny because usually I would wear something prior just in case I got caught out...that time I just refused to wear anything. It's like I knew I was pregnant or something. Anyway, 3 days into having pains and no AF, I took a test and it was a faint Positive. So don't fret if you do get AF pains...it is common to get them without the actual thing arriving! I also got really bad down below pains in the early days..I guess so many changes are occuring! It literally does feel like something has invaded your body with a life of its own. WIshing you all the best!
