My DH and i are taking organic maca capsules we take 4 each a day 2 in the morning and 2 at night we only started this month and have already noticed an increase in libido as the vitex i take can decrease libido so far i feel great on it and i have read a heap on it so i ordered some online make sure you get the real deal and not the imatation one as it is supose to make a difference.
