thread: mid cycle bleed

    mid cycle bleed

    I have never experienced this before so am hoping to find out from any ladies who have - what it all means??

    I am on CD15 and am having bleeding today. I have not had mid cycle bleeding before and know that after googling it is supposed to be normal (well most sites say it is) but as its a first for me it is still very strange and concerning. I had O pains about 2/3 days ago and have been busy DTD this whole week ()...

    I am wondering whether it could be :
    a) due to ovulation - drop in estrodial
    b) due to some recent vigourous activities
    c) a beautiful sign of something wonderful....
    d) any or all of the above!
    ???

    any ideas??

    Maybe a bleed from implantation maybe???? Or all of the above was it a light or heavy?? Just spooting or continued through the day??? Fingers crossed...

    Hi Keen,

    Fingers crossed its C!
    I did have this happen earlier this year before we were TTC and it was around day 12 and after some umm hmmm very interesting, vigarous action! I had a bit of an OH MY GOD moment but spoke to some other girls who said it has happened to them and in a range of situations including all of your a to d!

    Alas girls despite your good wishes for me - it appears AF just thought she would drop in one last time for 2006 (and I am aiming very highly for no AF in 2007)... Very weird, but hey, Im just not one to do things the 'normal' way anyhow!
