Might be pregnant?

i've also been ttc.
I'm overweight and i have just recently missed a period, and this is very unusual for me, because I first got my periods when I was 12 and they have always been very regular, on time and everything. Though they were unusual when I had the rod in my arm, but now that it's been taken out they've gone back to normal. I haven't been stressed and I have no symptoms of thyroids, and I also ovulated before I got them last.
So i'm just wandering if me missing my period is due to me being overweight.
I took a test a week after my period was due and there was a faint line, then i took a test later on that day came out negative.
I havent taken another test since, because i'm thinking of just waiting to see if my next period comes on time, i'm not a fan of disappointment see. But if doesn't come anytime after my next period is due, I'm thinking of going to get a blood test and just getting it over with. Any suggestions?
Oh and sorry for posting on this post, I'm new to this and I can't figure out how to post my own forum, I'm kind of lost. SORRY!

It sounds to me like you might be pregnant, Aneva. Generally a line is a line! The follow up test was probably just a bit too diluted. Do another test first thing in the morning. & I'll say a tentative congrats now
