My favourite is Natal Care by BioMedica. It uses the highest quality and most absorbable forms of nutrients, including activated B vitamins and Folinic Acid. For people who don't absorb Folate, Folinic Acid is the bio-available, active form of Folate, which is very easily assimilated. BioMedica is a practitioner only brand, so you can only purchase it through a Naturopath. I'm happy to supply it after a quick telephone consult if you have trouble finding it.
