Need some advice on my chart?? Is it hopefull??

Hi everyone,

I've been staring at my Chart for the last half an hour, trying to turn it this way and turn it that way hoping that the lines are going to form the words "YOUR PREGNANT!!!"

What does anyone else think?? Does it look hopefull? Or do the last 3 small drops mean games over this round?
