Cool New here and desperate for another bub :)

    Hi everyone

I have a 6 year old DS and am trying my little heart out for bubs no. 2. I'm 32 years of age with a 36 year old DH and suffer from severe endometriosis. (about 15 operations and counting!).

I've been reading the forum for weeks now and thought it time for me to introduce myself. I belonged to another forum years ago when I was pg with DS but that has since been closed.

I've really enjoyed seeing how friendly and supportive everyone is here and look forward to making some new online buddies

    Awww thanks girls

@ bubbat - we've been trying on and off for years really. It feels like everytime I think a bub will be just around the corner I end up back in hossy having my ovaries pulled out of my stomach and scar tissue hacked out again

    So over it!!!

But we have never actually looked in to any kind of fertility help - something which we are keen to do now. I'm off to NZ for a holiday with some mates in a few days then have an appt with my specialist when I get back to get the ball rolling!

I've never used an OPK before either, something I'd like to do now - can you guys recommend a good one or should I just rock up to the chemist and go for gold?

Hi Minxycat, I bought OPK's in bulk on ebay. Heaps cheaper than the chemist and they worked fine.

Welcome to BB, I hope your TTC journey is short and sweet!
