I was wondering if its possible not to get any ewcm and still ovulate? I am charting and also using opks and maybe baby. I had a surge in temps today and a +opk which means I would have possibly ovulated yesterday, but I only have clear/watery cm.
hi Grake, I reckon it is possible. Have seen a couple threads where people have suggested drinking more water to increase cm - minimum 2l per day. I drink too much water and am concerned that maybe it makes it too watery and then prevents much (if any sometimes) ewcm. By too much we're talking at LEAST 6l per day. I have major probs with thirst and it's strange. Not diabetic, not thyroid. Just weird!
I reckon I'm in the same boat as you, I drink heaps of water so maybe it is being diluted!
I've been taking evening primrose vitamins as I've heard that this helps increase cm.
Last cycle when I got my BFP (I M/C ) I had absolutely no EWCM. I actually had relatively no CM what so ever that cycle. I still got pregnant so although I think EWCM is a good fertile sign you don't have to have any to be fertile that cycle.
