increasing EWCM
Hi there,
just wanted to tell you that taking Evening Primrose oil everyday from CD1 to O (or mid cycle) increased my EWCM heapsI took 3 capsules each day, usually all at the same time so I wouldn't forget the others!
re temps, I use a normal digital thermometer and take temp as soon as I open my eyes in the morning, try to do it at the same time each day.
Sorry to hear about your loss, try to stay positive. I know it's hard when things feel so uncertain!
