that is a huge bummer, could you go to another doc medical centre and ask for one, and play dumb saying your a couple of weeks late, and you really want a blood test.
not to sure what else to say, but some doctors are just a pain.

Well as you all know i was going to see my doctor today , i went and the lasy said that the normal doctor that i see was off sick so i just put my name down for who ever
My last period was the 16th of Aug but it was a thursday and by counting 28 days i worked out that i was due last thursday but he said no i was due yesterday the 16th of sep
I have never worked on af coming the same date but the following month ever always jsut counted the 28days
So he wouldnt do a blood or wee test and said for me to come back next monday if i still havent had any sign of af coming
GRRRRR what a waste of time
I wenta nd got a wee tesy myself and have just done it and it show a BFN
But as i said it never shows on a wee test with my other kids untill i was over a week late
I dont know what to think know i really thought this was the month and i know it not 100% untill i get af or i do a blood so i was thinking of going back up there agin tomorrow and seeing my doctor and asking him to d o a blood test for me

Did it show up on your test (wee ) when you done it and how many days late were you and did you have to have a blood test ?

drissy i didnt get a pos hpt till a week and half late, i wasnt temping properly so i couldnt determined if i O late but im pretty sure my cycles are always 33-35 days apart and i didnt get a pos hpt till like cd48, so yeh a second opinion is best option, hope you get some answers soon

kellie..my period was 17th aug and i got a +hpt on day 28 of my cycle which was last thursday, but i O on day 20 so i got a very early postive at 8dpo.but i totally get what you are talking about day 28 was last week for you..some doctors!!
It is now wed and still no sign of af ( 6 days late today )
I am really starting to hate this waiting game and think i have done so good not to run and test and test but today is the day i am going to my doctor and getting a blood test and hope he will do anouther wee one just to see if anything shows ( i wish )
At least this way by me having a blood test i am going to know one way or anouther ( tomorrow ) when the results come back
I was trying to think how long is the longest it was that i was late and i dont think i ever have been over a week so that is good but then i dont want to think to pos as maybe my body is playing up again
Well i will keep you all posted on how i go when i get back this morning after the docs

He did a blood and will find out the results tomorrow

Have you been temping? If you've been temping is your temp still up? If it is then you are still in with a chance.
If you are not temping then it's probably been caused by late ovulation. This can happen to any of us at any time. I've just O'd 3 days later than normal (I think due to stress) therefore my AF will come 3 days later than normal.
thanks ladies it was very disappointing yesterday but at least me hoping is all over
well today i feel alot better then yesterday and af is here so in a way at least she is here and i can try again this month again
