Not sure whats going on! HELP

Dh and I decided to start TTC for baby number 2 so on the Wednesday 3rd June I stopped taking the pill and on the Friday I got my period. My period finished on the Wednesday 10th June but on the following Monday I started spotting and by Tuesday night I was bleeding extremely heavily so much so that I was in the toilet every hour. I had a panic attack on the toilet on one occasion as it just wouldnt stop. I have awful backpain and im also feeling so so TIRED!

Is it possible to have a second period a week after the first? Has anyone else had this happen to them??

i would head to the dr if i was you. having the back pain along with heavy bleeding straight after period i don't think is a good thing.
