This could very well be ovulation pain, i get this around mid cycle aswell although i noticed it more when i was on the clomid (fertility treatment).
I think your best bet is to corelate it with other body signs such as your murvical mucus changes, cervix position body temperature. You could also buy some ovulation predictor kits. you can buy these online i used ebay personally for things like that. They are just like pregnancy tests but they indicate ovulation instead of pregnancy.
Also if you have not yet joined fertilityfriend.com i would suggest you do that too, most the girls on hear are members, it signs you up to a free fertility course so you can learn to read your own body signals.
