Pain in right side and passing out

Ok so I think I O'd on saturday as I was getting these really bad cramps while sitting at nail tech and when i pointed to where it was she said she thought thats what it was (very close friend is nail tech). Within 30 min i was flat on my back on the floor as i was light headed/passing out and felt really off

I had a slight case of the twinging pain yesterday and today i have had like period pain like cramps on both sides (more so the right) and also in my back on the right side.

Has anyone else had these pains and are they normal?

Hey babe, is the pain in your top right if so that along with nausea and feeling light headed and fainting is some of the signs of ectopic pregnancy. If it's in the bottom right do you usually get Ovulation pain? Is it possible that you are ovulating late? Usually I feel cramping but not doubling over on pain on the side/ovary that I ovulate from if you did ovulate on Sunday it could be implantation cramping but I was of the understanding that implantation cramping usually doesn't occour until a min of 4-5 days after ovulation (I may be wrong though) if I were you I would go and see my gp right away just for peace of mind. My opinion is to definately go see a doc tomorrow or if it happens again before you are at the appt I would head straight to the Hospital. Even if it turns out to be nothing, better safe than sorry.

I've presented to Emergency before with those symptoms, and they ALWAYS rushed me through with a suspected ectopic pregnancy - these can be fatal if left untreated. The other possibility is a cyst bursting. DH gets annoyed at me these days when I have these symptoms, because I refuse to go to the hospital, as they're always burst cysts, but they have the same symptoms as an ectopic.

At the end of the day, you know what your normal pains are like, and if you feel this is out of the ordinary for you, I would highly recommend getting checked out

natwantsababy - the pain was in from my right hip and down a little. not the same as PP but to the right of that in the same region. I think the pain in my back is from my accidental fall in a gutter a few weeks back. NO I wasnt drunk and I wasnt wearing heels.

AFM: Seems to be ok this morning. The pain just just like a dull ache like PP nothing excruciating. Just felt like a stabbing pain.
The issue I have is I dont know if I O'd on Thursday or Saturday. Im new to all this so im not sure if the pain has been there before. I THINK it may have been and I think that I have had the passing out before from it which is what made me think it was Saturday. Its really weird. I get all hot and dont know if i have to spew or get the runs (TMI) and then i get all light headed and fall to the ground. Atleast this time i made it to the floor without hurting myself LOL

Hi Rachel its on the right side. There is still a little niggle there today but nothing like yesterday.
