Hey babe, is the pain in your top right if so that along with nausea and feeling light headed and fainting is some of the signs of ectopic pregnancy. If it's in the bottom right do you usually get Ovulation pain? Is it possible that you are ovulating late? Usually I feel cramping but not doubling over on pain on the side/ovary that I ovulate from if you did ovulate on Sunday it could be implantation cramping but I was of the understanding that implantation cramping usually doesn't occour until a min of 4-5 days after ovulation (I may be wrong though) if I were you I would go and see my gp right away just for peace of mind. Good luck babe, I hope you get the answers you are looking for. Xx
