Positions for concieving?

Hello all you lovely ladies in BB land,
I have what may seem like an odd question, I read somewhere the other day that you can't get pregnant from DTD in the spooning position ( man entering from behind both laying on their side) due to semen leaking out, Sorry if that's TMI. I was just wondering if there is any truth in this? And is there any actual position recomended for concieving?

I'd say no truth to that theory at all. Semen literally shoots out during ejaculation and there are millions of sperm so although some semen may 'leak' out, there should still be plenty of swimmers left in there

There are said to be some more favourable positions for conceiving (such as doggy style as the sperm is generally 'placed' a lot closer to the cervix giving it a better head start) but not unfavourable positions, unless he doesn't actually insert his penis then I guess that would be classed as unfavourable

I'm not 100%, but I'm pretty sure that's how my DD came into being

if u want to concieve u have to dtd with ur man standing up and u doing a headstand so that the sperm can go with gravity and fall into ur uterus

no idea, we're onto number 4 and im pretty sure theyve all been concieved in different positions

Taurean & PumpkinZulu thank you for your input I didn't think that the information was correct but I guess stranger things have happened. Well hopefully this month is our lucky month
