I think it's from the first positive OPK? From what I've read it sounds like you picked up the start (or near the start of the surge) with the first positive and the end with the next positive.
Hi everyone - new here
I have 2 boys 6 & 8 and decided to try for our third all a bit scary this long after my youngest son has autism and is now coping well so the gap was needed so its now or never lol...
I have a 26 day cycle
So we have bd every 2 days up to cd 9 I though I was going to O around 10/11 pains etc but no ewcm this month at all so strange anyways then on Friday (cd12) i decided to ovulation tsst - I had a very very strong positive OPK result on cd 12 & 13 morning - fading off on cd 13 evening - I know that you O after the result so thought 4 days may be pushing my luck so bd on cd 12 & cd14. Also when does the 12-36 hours start from testing from your first or last positive opk??? So confused with that...
Im confused this month because now on a very strong positive OPK on cd 12/13 but didn't have the matching fertile mucous to match and thought I had actually O'd...
What do you girls think?
Thanks eeeeeek)

According to the notes i kept I got abundant watery cm about 3 days before getting my positive opk. I also did note down ewcm on the day I got the positive opk but didn't write anything about how much.
I would count the first full positive opk as the start. We DTD the day I got the positive opk and then stopped as we were gender swaying for a girland it worked
Good luck!
Hmm I always wonder what sperm do if they're all banked up over a few days. Do the first ones get in first? Do they all hang out in a gated area together then all make a break for it when egg appears? The big questions!
