Clomid twice in one cycle?

Hi

This is my first time on this site Doctor put me on Clomid days 5-9 of my cycle and I have been having
regular blood tests to monitor my levels. My levels were apparently very low on Tues, but I am now only
on day 15 of my cycle and Dr has put me on my 2nd round of clomid (50mgs) for 5 days. Is this normal?
And sorry to ask a dumb question but when is the best time to try and start conceiving with taking
Clomid?

Twice in 1 cycle? thats weird?

My dr gave me 50mg of days 5-9 and i didnt ovulate on that cycle. Next cycle I was on 100mg and ovulated around day 19. Your supposed to ovulate 6-12 days after I think. So get busy
