Well I tested with FMU when I woke up this morning and I got a faint positive. I don't want to get my hopes up at all because that is exactly what happened last time and it didn't end well. I just that this little bubba wants to stick around for a while.

Aussiegirl - I was going to post in this thread and say that I had bright red blood on 6 DPOs with this pg (I am currently 18 weeks pg) so it could definitely be implantation but just finished reading the thread and checked your chart and it looks like you are UTD!!! Yay!

I know you are still unsure, but I wanted to say a quiet congratulations and send you loads and loads of sticky vibes. I hope you have a very healthy and happy 9 months.

Hiya, I went to my specialist appointment and she sent me for a bloodtest straight away. The results came back this afternoon (how quick is that!) HCG was only 22. They said that because I tested on 10DPO that I could expect they would be low. They are more interested in if they double or not. So on Thursday I go for another test to see.

Has anyone else had a bloodtest done at 10DPO with a low reading like mine?

I'm still spotting very lightly but it's really making me nervous. I just want this one to stick so badly.

I have been watching you closely and am so happy to see that you got a BFP!!!!!

At 10dpo it is not at all surprising that your level was 22 - don't stress about that one. I can't remember exactly but at around 14dpo with my last baby (ended in a live beautiful daughter!) I think my level was 57??? I remember feeling quite stressed about that - because it was lowish... But the levels a little more than doubled each time and that pregnancy grew into my mirale Imogen!

Wishing and praying for you that your pregnancy grows a beautiful healthy baby to hold in your arms....

With my first DD my levels came back somewhere in the 20s at 13 DPOs and my doctor sent me for another blood test 4 days later and they were 80 something and then another 3 days later they were 140 something.

You need HCG of 15 and above (depending on the test you use) to get a BFP on a HPT and some people don't see a BFP, even on the sensitive ones until 12, 13 or 14 DPOs sometimes even later.

Don't stress about your levels - it sound perfectly normal to me.

Congrats again - you are definitely UTD!!! Lots of sticky vibes to you

Congratulations Aussiegirl on your BFP. I have everything crossed you get a huge rise in your HCG and you have the stickiest bubby ever.

    Hi Aussiegirl,

I am so so pleased for you. Fingers, toes and everything crossed for you. I am approximately the same DPO as you and I have had spotting from day 7DPO. Sorry if this is tmi, but some days it is pink/red when I wipe after having a wee (sorry..... tmi tmi). This morning it was a bit heavier though seems to have stopped now. I got a BFN, but am crossing my fingers that I can join you with a BFP! x x x

Thanks girls - It means so much to me that you are saying such positive things. I'm nervous as so is DP so we are just trying not to really talk about it until Thursday when the 2nd HCG test is done.

Emmy - I had my Progesterone levels checked and the doctors said they came back good but I can't remember what she said the number was. She said that all the tests I had over the last week or so and the ultrasounds came back good.

It's just a waiting game now. Because of our M/C last November and the fact that I have some (albeit not much today) spotting I get scared very easily.

RELAX, RELAX, RELAX.....- easier said than done.

ETA - Dinks - I hope that you get the results that you are looking for too. Fingers Crossed!

    Anymore updates Aussiegirl???

Just wanted to let you know that I spotted for ten days after ovulating when I got my BFP. And I now have a beautiful little girl and not one problem during pregnancy - so don't worry about the spotting alone, unless you have cramping.

Kristen27 - Thanks for checking up on me. I had another BT done 2 days after the first (so last Thursday) and it came back at 58. I was pretty happy with that and they want me to have another one this coming Tuesday too. I was going to ask for another one as well.

So yep I guess I am still pregnant. BUT I'm so scared it's crazy. I don't know why I can't just enjoy this. I'm worried that my unreasonable fear will actually cause something to happen but I don't know how to stop myself from stressing.

Anyway.....that's the update. I still don't want to get too excited as I'm only 4 weeks gone.

I am keeping my fingers crossed for you Aussie... it is hard to stop stressing - but even taking half an hour where you try your best to phase everything else out - it really is worth it
