Good ideas ladies!

If you're going to chart/temp etc, join Fertility friend and do their charting course... very interesting and will give you alot of advice and knowledge on what happens to our bodies during our cycle.

Also, go get a blood test to see what your general health is like (liver function, kidney function, blood count, immunity etc). That way if you need to have BTs during the pregnancy, you have a good baseline to compare it to.
