Preconception diet?

Hi girls,

I was wondering whether anyone knows of a good website where I would be able to get a full/proper preconception diet or idea for a preconception diet from, i.e. what foods are good for fertility and also which foods are ok to eat and which not (just incase I do conceive without realising).

Hey!!

There is an amazing book called The Fertility Diet. It has some really useful information on dairy, protein and exercise and stuff for people TTC. I have been TTC for 6 years now and wish that I had found this book years ago. It is based on a study done on female nurses in America and also banishes some common myths about diet and fertility. I'd definitely recommend anyone TTC get it.

I got it online. Any good booksale website has it (not sure if I am allowed to name them here).
