I'm currently on month #7 of TTC our second bub and already taking Blackmores Pregnancy and Breastfeeding vitamins.
I was wondering whether anyone would know whether it's ok to take some Fish Oil on top of that? Or would it interact with any Omega or Fish Oil (i.e Iodine) already in my Blackmores Pregnancy and Breastfeeding vitamins?
With my DS I took Blackmores Conceive Well Gold, but switched to the Blackmores Pregnancy and Breastfeeding one's and seeing as I still had like a 3 month supply left just continued taking them when I started TTCing #2. Is this ok (taking Blackmores Pregnancy and Breastfeeding vitamins) instead of the Conceive Well Gold one??
Any recommendations on what type of vitamins I should/could take to help improve my fertility?
