Do you think the same thing for website sending cancer sufferers 'little bottles of hope'?

We need more people in the world willing to care and expect nothing in return, but everyone is going to react differently to things I guess. If there was one way to deal with grief, there would be one book, one form of support, one whatever... but there isn't.
