You could probably test just for peace of mind but the risk is very low even lower than with the pill. I think its only with 1 or 2 antibiotics that the problem is so they tell you to take precautions with all. Thats what my Dr told me when I was on it. Plus BF so offten would be extra coverage

Yes, I would test. My current pregnancy got through the pill (which has never failed me before) and the morning after pill.

Have heard a few stories of women getting preg on Implanon, but not many, it's generally very, very effective.

I guess test if you don't get a period? (Assuming you normally get one on the Implanon)

Do you know what day your period is due? If it was me, I would test on that day.
