after 5 BFN tests on 5 different days I'm leaning towards being not pg. However, the last few days (except for today) I've had some low level nausea 2 days all day then 2 days of 2pm-ish onwards for the rest of the day - if it happens again this week, I'll be seeing a GP for blood test just to confirm either way.

hi, just thought id pop in my 2cent. could there be a chance that your body is having an adverse reaction to the implant? i had it for 6 months after ds1 was born, i had sever cramping and bleeding aswell as vomiting the whole time i had it in from about a month after it was first put it. it turned out my body couldnt cope with the hormones traveling arround my system all the time. is there a chance of that happening to you?

I've had it in since Sept 09 and haven't had an issue with it before now so don't think it's likely. But thanks for checking that option.

I hope you get the answer you want soon

I've never been on implanon, but I have been on the pill on and off for the past 7 years now (I think it adds up to about 4.5yrs total that I was on it) an have gotten pregnant on it 5 times (never missed a pill, and the only time I forgot about using double protection with/after antibiotics was with my DS lol and he was conceived right ta the end of the 2wk wait period lol) and then at the end of August last year in the 4th month after going back on the full pill after having DS (I started on the mini pill when he was 4wks old as I was still producing a little bit of milk at the time, though it dried up completely 2 weeks later) I got a mid-cycle bleed that lasted for 12 days...
I still don't know what caused it and had never had any problems with the pill before, so maybe there's something like that going on?
Some kind of unexplained sensitivity to the implanon?

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

had a light bleed today, not enough to make it to a liner but enough to be there when wiping several times of the course of the day. But no nausea YAY - that was getting a bit annoying. So I could just be having my first AF since birth. who knows - will see how things go in the next week or so and then decide if I need to go further with anything.

Could just be your first AF.
I have found that as my body has gotten used to having the implanon I am having AF somewhat more regularly. Could just be that.

    Danni,
I think it might have been just that - definite AF today.
