The signs were there, except for the O pain. Thoughts?

The CM, the strong desire to procreate, the acne, the line on the home O kit.... but I didn't really have the O pain like usual, which is painful with every step I take. I had a mild achy, gas-like feeling but nothing at all like usual.
Has anyone ever had this happen and yet still get pregnant? The brain plays tricks.... I even felt some sharp pains on the left side, 5 days past o... This is annoying and aggravating, stressful and upsetting.

Ummm.... not exactly the same, but some cycles I would get O pain, and some I didn't. I got pg twice - but couldn't tell you whether I had O pain or not. There's none recorded on my charts, so I assume not.

I would take the EWCM and the positive OPK as the strongest signs that you have Ovulated.

It's like AF - sometimes it's super heavy, sometimes not... sometimes I get really bad cramps, other times, not so bad.
