That I'm on the verge of giving up.

This is my timeline:

Some time in 2009 periods stop
July 2010- decide it's baby time, book specialist
Sept 2010- ultrasound with pco still no af
Oct 2010- metformin
Dec 2010 still no af dr decides on lap, metformin making me very nauseous
Feb 2010- lap ends in ovarian drilling
Two weeks later have a very heavy period
Mar 2010- 32 day cycle
Apr 2010 - pain in left side - 4cm cyst on left 45cc, 2cm hemorrhagic cyst on right- 35 day cycle
May 2011- book new specialist 4cm cyst gone rt cyst no bigger, no smaller, pco prominent
Jun 2011 new specialist books every test under the sun 40 day cycle, extremely painful af, hsg reveals issue with rt tube (follow up in august app) ultrasound reveals left ovary enlarged to 27cc with 2cm cyst (functional)
July 2011-

What I thought was af today after a 34 day cycle was not. At 2pm spotting take ponstan (script NSAID) by 3.30 crying in agony, 4pm need to change still crippled.
5.15pm large tissue/fibrous clot. All pain and bleeding stops.

I'm due to go back to specialist in august in the meantime my body has been gearing up quite painfully to ovulate but just can't quite cross the finish line. My gp is managing pain and I'm now on ponstan and panadeine forte 3 to 4 times a day during my period.

Today has scared me I don't know why it happened but I was DEFINATELY NOT pregnant..... I took a test a few days ago and we haven't dtd in over 2 weeks anyway.

I'm over it. Pco, complex cysts, surgery, now god knows and I may need scans for fibroids/endo.

Looks like I am pre-diabetes and high cholesterol which was tested for to see if my pco is actually pcos. Hey presto- I'm also pcos..... My old specialist didn't consider it because I'm 52kgs.

My gp wants me to have a coil inserted once we either have a new bub or give up
I'm seriously considering a hysterectomy.

How do you go from ttc to hysterectomy......
