as well as lots of helpful info on BB, it's often good to visit your GP - they can help do any tests you may need (there are some vaccines that should be up to date before you conceive so it's good to get them sorted out before you want to start trying). it's also good to take folate prior to conceiving - i think 3 months is recommended? i can't remember. depending on where you are, your GP may also have some handouts on getting planning a PG - mine did & they were quite helpful.
there's also sites like fertility friend that help you track your monthly cycle - which can be helpful
Start taking folic acid 3 months pre conception plus at least first 3 months after conception.
come off the pill and allow cycle to return
see GP for bloods in case you need MMR vaccine etc
Read up on TTC, timing, testing, charting, temping etc.
Think about where you want to have baby and if you want to go private names of OB as some will book out very fast!!
