I know it is true that saliva can kill sperm, but like the others have said I think you'd need A LOT! But if it was as simple as a little bit of saliva...

Hmmm they do say not to ahem ..assist with oral when DH has to have a SA collection done. Now secretly just between us in here, I have stretched the truth and told DH that they said I am not 'allowed' to do it for a whole 2 weeks before hand and silly boy believed me so I am off the hook til the first week in Feb!
