My last period started on the 28th November and I think I may have O'd around the 12-13th of December. DF and I BD'd on the 10th,11th and 12th December. AF was due 27th December, On the 26th I got some very light brown/pink discharge which lasted approx 36 hrs stopped completely for 24 hrs then got a very light brown discharge again this morning. To me me this looks nothing like a normal period as I usually bleed heavily for a least 6 days. Would it be worth doing a HPT or not? Or should I class this as my next period?
It sounds like the discharge could be implantation bleeding. If it were me, I would be patient and wait a few mre days before testing - nothing worse than getting a negative result and then still not having a period either.
I've had similar for the last 2 periods... just waiting to see what this one does when it deigns to turn up properly. I'm not TTC and not anticipating pregnancy, so I'd certainly wait and see if I had any pregnancy symptoms before testing.
I've had some pregnancy symptoms such as extreme tiredness, sore bb's, metallic taste in my mouth, constipation(sorry if that's TMI) and constantly weeing. DF and I have been TTC for 5 months, ever since I started getting my period I've never experienced anything like this.
So here's the latest on my situation, I did a HPT and it was negative. I'm still getting brown/pinkish discharge every now and then. No sign of a "true period" could this be a late implantation bleed? Does anyone think there might still be a chance that I could be pregnant? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
