Hi guys,

Was just wondering if anyone knew of the Surrogacy laws in Victoria or Australia...

I realise that it's quite a way off for us, but my sister offered to 'incubate' for us, if it turned out that we couldn't carry or fall pg.

So just coz that thought is planted in my head I was wondering what the laws are??? and the process!???
