Is there anything that can help implantation?

Just wondering if I can do anything to help implantation.
I have been dtd every 2nd day since day 10 as my cycles are a bit messed up. I should have ovulated already but just wondering is there anything that I can do to help with implantation?
If I don't get a bfp this month i have to put ttc on hold so i am it is my month.

One thing I've read is extending the luteal phase (the period after ovulating to AF) to ensure implantation.

I'd be interested what others suggest.

I'm also interested in what others suggest.

I have a thyroid problem which can affect implantation and in my case thyroid medication is supposed to help with that. I also take naturopathic remedies for my thyroid as well as pharmaceutical medication.

I also do acupuncture which is supposed to help.

I have heard to help increase your LP you can take Vit B6! Not sure on how accurate that is though?!

I'm not sure, but Acupuncture can help conception a lot!
